Cory Fowler is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. He is also an owner of Integrative Medical Associates. Just like his approach to mental health with ketamine, at Integrative Medical Associates, his goal is to fix root causes of medical issues. Ketamine IV infusions administered in a medical setting rebuilds neurons and balances neuro transmitters.
Cory is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners as well as Utah Nurse Practitioners. He completed his undergraduate degree in nursing at the University of Utah. He then graduated with honors on the Dean’s List from Westminster College with a Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner concentration.
Cory is BLS and ACLS certified and has critical care experience, psychiatric care experience as well as working on acute and chronic illness in a home health setting. He enjoys caring for individuals and their family members across their entire life span. He believes in using an Integrative approach to delivering the most permanent solutions using holistic patient-centered care with an emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion. Cory also has a western medicine degree and background and knows when to integrate certain aspects of it when needed.
Cory cares deeply about his patients optimal health. He is fully committed to helping each of his patients find relief and live their best lives. His patients are very happy with the care they receive.
Cory loves to read about medical research and enjoys continually learning. Cory loves spending time with his wife and his 4 children. They enjoy spending time together outdoors, especially camping, biking, swimming, riding ATV’s. He enjoys serving the families of Salt Lake and Utah counties.
Individual rooms equipt with soft headphones to listen to calming music, pillows and blanket provided for a relaxing experience.
Some clinics are charging up to $800 per single treatment. Our mission is to be able to help our patients get the treatment they need.
For depression, anxiety, and PTSD cost is:
Initial Consultation: Free
Single Treatment: $325
Six Treatment Package: $1,800
We recommend a series of 6 infusions over 2-4 weeks. Then a booster within 1-4 months.
Although Ketamine is FDA approved as an anesthetic, its use in treating these conditions is considered an "off-label" use and it is currently not covered by insurance.
A very high percentage of patients have success with this treatment, but as with any medical treatment there is no guaranteed relief of physical and or mental symptoms.
